Our factories have invested in more than 350 automatic machines that perform a variety of tasks, including automatic cutting, sewing, pattern making, digital printing, pocket opening, and button hole making.

1. What does your pattern making include?

Zhengzhou Lulu Garment Co., Ltd. is a full-service private label clothing manufacturer. We provide costing for the complete production of a given style/design, covering all services and processes required for garment manufacturing—specifically including pattern making, fabric sourcing, size grading, marking, material cost, washing, ironing, layering, buttoning, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control, packaging and dispatch, totaling nearly 25 different garment production procedures.

Therefore, it is not possible for us to split the cost details of each individual process, nor do we offer separate services for single procedures. Our production price includes all costs except shipping (EXW/FOB price). The final products delivered to you are “ready-to-sell” garments: each garment is neatly packed in a transparent poly bag with your custom brand label, size label and hangtag, allowing you to directly ship to customers or put on shelves for sale.

2. What should I know about custom fabric?

If custom fabrics are required, an additional 4-5 weeks is needed for the custom fabric production before the official garment manufacturing starts. If this is your first production cooperation with us, we highly recommend using our in-stock fabrics: we currently have access to millions of yards of in-stock fabric resources and have established long-term cooperative relationships with more than 70 fabric mills and suppliers. Using in-stock fabrics can not only help you launch products to the market faster but also effectively save costs.

3. What are your sample terms?

A sample fee of USD 10-100 per style is required, and this fee can be refunded after you place the official order;
We can finish the sample production within 1-2 weeks after receiving your sample making requirements.

4. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For most garment styles, our MOQ is 20-200 units per style/color. The actual MOQ may also be affected by factors such as the complexity of garment craftsmanship and the availability of the required fabric. If you are interested in cooperation, you can provide the finished sample and order details, and we will give you a quick quote! Meanwhile, Lulu Garments can also undertake small-batch garment production orders to meet the needs of customers of different scales.

5. What is your packaging detail?

Garments are first packed into poly bags with main labels, size labels and hangtags. We will provide the required poly bags and shipping boxes uniformly to ensure that the garments remain clean and intact during transportation.

6. What types of garments do you mainly produce?

We focus on the production of knits, wovens and intimates, specifically including sports clothing, T-shirts, hoodies, dresses and other categories.

7. What is your lead time?

Standard lead time: 1-5 weeks;
Custom milled fabric: Add 3-6 weeks;
Fabric dyeing: Add 1 week;
Printing: Add 1-2 weeks.

8. What is your business process?

Costing: You need to provide the finished sample and a filled pro forma purchase order, specifying details such as garment color, stitch, style, size, label, accessory and fabric. We will set the price based on this information;
Quotation and lead time confirmation: After clarifying all your production needs, we will provide a detailed quotation and lead time;
Deposit payment: You need to pay a 30% deposit of the total order amount to confirm the order;
Fabric and material confirmation: We can source materials and submit them to you for approval, or you can source materials by yourself;
Material ordering: Complete the material ordering process;
Pre-Production Sample (PPS) confirmation: We make PPS and submit it to you for approval. After confirmation, we will start the official production;
Formal production: Conduct mass production in accordance with the confirmed standards;
Balance payment: After you confirm the receipt of the goods, pay the remaining 70% of the balance.

9. Do I need to supply measurement information and grading data?

Yes. You only need to tell us your requirements or provide the finished sample, and we will be responsible for sourcing elastics, ribbons, zippers, snaps, tapes, buttons and other accessories. Please note that the MOQ for custom accessories (such as printed neck tapes or printed elastics) is relatively high; among them, the MOQ for zippers is 100 pieces per required length.

10. Do you provide product distribution (pick/pack) services for us?

Currently, we do not provide such services. We do not offer warehousing services nor multiple drop-shipping services for a single bulk order. We will ship the entire order to the single destination you specify at one time.
